Tea can be a great substitute for coffee and can provide you with the energy you need to get through the day.
Coffee or Tea?
Coffee is great, but in my opinion, tea can help you more throughout your day because there is a variety for each occasion. I like to get my tea from Harney & Sons.

Drink tumeric tea which is an anti-inflammatory tea. Ginger tea also helps your stomach feel better and can kick-start your energy in the morning. Start the day right!
10:00 a.m. Slump
Sometimes we start off strong and still get a little tired during the day. No worries! Green tea can give you more energy, and it boosts your metabolism.
3:00 p.m. Nap
Stay strong! Drink black tea instead of falling asleep at your desk. It increases energy and helps you concentrate. Be productive as you finish off the day.
Home at Last
Are you stressing? Chamomile tea might become your best friend. It helps you feel calm and relaxed.
Now if you really want to sleep but anxiety is winning the battle, then try lavender tea. It’ll put you right to sleep.
My two favorites are lavender chamomile and ginger tea. Enjoy the journey of finding yours.
